HI My name is Eric Burger, president of Susquehanna Valley Builders Ltd. I have been in the residential building trades since 1990 and I have been in the Modular Building Industry since 1992.  My first experience in the residential building trades began as a plumber's apprentice for a mechanical contractor.  In 1992 I began working on the production line of one of central Pennsylvainias finest Modular Home manufacturers. Throughout the 1990's, I worked at several of the areas Modular Home factories and held various positions in the trades industry. I left the trades industry in 1998 to pursue a carreer in sales.  In 2003 I formed Diverse Modular & Manufactured Services and began installing and finishing Modular and Manufactured homes throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Delaware. Due to extensive traveling and a growing family, I hung up the hat on that business in 2010 and now enjoy being closer to home. I have since worked as a sales representative for a Modular home factory and oversaw the development of an 800 acre resort.

After 20+ years In the Modular building industry, I have amassed all of the necessary skills to be the areas best builder. I am committed to giving my customers the best experience and value for their investment. I plan to achieve this through constant communication, understanding the customers needs, staying committed to budgets and timelines and most importantly, going above and beyond what is required.
